Algumas semanas atrás eu comentei sobre as novas habilidades anunciadas para o Splinterlands nesse post, e poucos dias depois disso foi revelado a carta Ulfga the Blighted que possui duas das três habilidades anunciadas. Ele já está sendo vendido na loja exclusiva dos Vouchers por 1500 cada unidade, equivalente a $19,50 nos preços de hoje.
Já no level 1 suas estatísticas defensivas são ótimas para um custo de apenas 4 de mana e o Slow fornece suporte para todo o time. Conforme a carta evolui, o Ulfga vai ganhando novas habilidades e atinge seu auge no level 4 onde se torna capaz de reviver e potencialmente aplicar Poison em inúmeras unidades com a dupla ativação de Poison Burst (é claro que a sorte influencia muito para que isso aconteça da melhor forma possível).

Se você não for capaz de utilizá-lo no level 2, existem muitas outras opções que farão o serviço de Tank de maneira mais eficiente, como por exemplo o Nimbledook Explorer que no level 5 possuirá as mesmas estatísticas defensivas, além de dar +2 de armadura para todo o time com Protect , poder atacar com Armored Strike e potencialmente receber um buff de Weapons Training (em detrimento do Slow ).
Dentro do elemento Dragão podemos citar a Runeseer Sevaya que possui -1 de Vida e -2 de Armadura, porém dá Protect a todo o time e fornece suporte com Cleanse para o Tank. São propostas diferentes mas que é mais efetiva do que o Ulfga no level 1.
