The negative aspect of the obligation to give personal data I think it is shared with many countries. Here in Madrid there is, or at least there was a bike rental service with multiple pickup locations. With the particularity that the payment is by card, so you are already offering your personal data, and if I am not mistaken the bicycles are geolocated. So it is easy to know who rides those bikes and where they are.

I am not comfortable with identifications either, my with the whole arsenal of social control that States possess (laws, technology, indoctrination, censorship and propaganda). As you may have understood, I only wanted to show that it is not a particularity only of Cuba.
For the rest, I still have little time and I believe that in a few months it will be the same. But I will continue here, at my own pace.
