72k afternoon training (ENG/ESP)

What's up fellow cyclists today I had to give hard to the distance combined with climbs so from 3pm we decided to go out to give it all, this route covers a stretch that we have previously traveled but lengthening several kilometers more to reach the hills that is where we wanted to train those long climbs.

Que tal amigos ciclistas hoy toco darle duro a la distancia combinado con subidas para que desde las 3pm decidimos salir a darle con todo, esta ruta abarca un tramo que anteriormente hemos recorrido pero alargando varios kilómetros mas para llegar a los cerros que es donde queríamos entrenar esas subidas prolongadas.

Here you can see the hills that we had already conquered to reach a middle point where we refresh ourselves and after a couple of minutes we continue with the next descents and ascents.

Climbing this on a mountain bike was relatively easier as my bike's ratio is a 34T chainring, combined with an 11-42 cassette which really helped me climb these long climbs.

Subir esto en una bicicleta de montaña fue relativamente mas facil ya que la relacion de mi bicicleta es un plato 34T, combinado con un cassette 11-42 lo cual me ayudo bastante para subir estas prolongadas subidas.

Ya luego de haber logrado las cuestas, y llegar a un punto que podriamos decir que es la mitad del recorrido ya que ahora viene la vuelta nos tomamos las fotos en Cabimas!, donde ahora si retornaríamos de nuevo a nuestro destino!

Here my friend had put all his sunscreen on his arms and well .... there was not too much sun, let's say there was a good temperature, it was partly cloudy and with good wind, there was not so much to slow us all the way but enough to make us resistance in certain areas, we did this 70k without any problem, we continue to increase the level to be active in future competitions and the idea is to continue achieving and adding more kilometers in our legs.

Aca mi amigo se habia se habia colocado todo su protector solar en los brazos y bueno.... no hubo demasiado sol, digamos que hubo una buena temperatura, estaba parcialmente nublado y con buen viento, no habia tanto para frenarnos en todo el camino pero si suficiente para hacernos resistencia en ciertas zonas, hicimos estos 70k sin ningún problema, seguimos aumentando el nivel para estar activos en próximas competencias y la idea es seguir logrando y sumando mas kilómetros en nuestras piernas.

Este es el mapa del recorrido y todos los datos que arrojo el strava cabe destacar que aun no cuento con un ciclo computador para tener datos mas exactos de mis rutas ya que solo cuento con la app en móvil y en ciertas ocasiones falla de manera extraña para ser sincero.
