Thanks for the write up and explanations. I have often wonder about tubeless set up. It is good to confirm as I don't ride my road or mountain that often I am probably best off sticking with my tubes

Hey, thanks for the comment! Yeah, I don't think it justifies the cost of sealant, unless you are dealing with flat tires often. I ride nearly everyday and was dealing with flats every week when I used tubes (pain in the butt).
