Cycling is one sport activity which helps me calm and it boosts good sleep.
After the first rain of the year fell yesterday, my MTB clearly shows the point of contact of the tires on the road which I believe is same with a road bike and you could see how big these tires are, not the biggest though 😁
Solo ride is really cool, but these reminds me to get a road bike. Cycling solo helps me track my activities to know if I'm or not.
