Description from Strava: Awesome morning out at the people's Tri. A windy and at some times wet but had a good time. My bike ride was not as fast as I had hoped but did my best to not follow anyone overtaking me. Kept to my own race and rode really consistently over the 40kms.
I actually didn't have too many people come past me on the bike which is also great. Good to be making some progress but does it mean I need to train for an IM to see improvement.
