Cyano = cyanide
I'm past the point of trusting anybody that made it through what has passed as medical skool for the last 50 years.
I've found that large cuts just need time to repair themselves.
Apply pressure and as long as it stops bleeding time is the prescription.
IF it doesn't stop bleeding, you will want to consult someone with more medical knowledge than me.

"Cyano = cyanide"

Yes. And salt is NaCL, sodium chloride, and a metal that bursts into flame in contact with water chemically bound to a poison gas. Cyanoacrylate is not Hydrogen Cyanide, and NaCl is table salt. Chemistry is not an obscure occult art, and you can ascertain for yourself whether these claims are true or not from a plethora of online resources today.

Certainly there are would that cannot be easily glued together, but whether or not they can is largely a matter of skill and third hands to hold things together. Since I discovered I can superglue wounds closed, I have not stitched any of them, nor had anyone stitch them for me. It just werks.
