RE: Not My Meme! #815

in Not My Meme!25 days ago

I got pulled over last weekend on my way to pick up a family member late at night. She said "you know you were going 45 in a 25 and did a rolling stop back there?". I honestly didn't know what to tell her because I really wasn't even paying that much attention, it was late, no traffic, no bad weather, no kids in the car, it was like being unrestrained, I guess. I just said I thought it was a 35 mile zone and I wasn't that aware or paying attention. She took my license and ran it and let me to with a warning to slow down. Actually the next time I went through there it was the 30 miles an hour area I was in, I hadn't even reached where it switched to 25 yet, so a bit of dishonesty on her part but none the less I was still over. I really didn't believe that whole stretch was a 25. Main streets through neighborhoods are usually 35 not 25 like the side streets.

She bats for team liar.

You might want to forearm yourself.

This invidious instance doesn't always work, but you can still see the videos on utub.
I've used this guy's method in court twice, I'm 1-0-1.
The draw was really a win, but I had to sign to misdemeanors without fines or time.
The other was a speeding ticket, the cop didn't show up, I was first in line to be called, that never happens, the judge told me he was dismissing my case and that my motions were crap.
I stood there suppressing a smile while he signed the dismissal, that dude was a clown. (He wore high waters, for god's sake.)
And, lucky he didn't violate my rights.
I know how to appeal the decisions he makes.
It's not hard.
IF you knew how easy it is to do your own lawyering, you'd have to hide your keys from yourself to keep you from heading to the nearest court house's sidewalks. https://yewtu.be/channel/UCRSlvevwU3ppuB7rGvZK0Cg/videos
