Under what reality is a creature of nature of the universe ever have more rights to be in one space than any other put there unless said space is currently being occupied by said being.

Like your bedroom? How about that Italian island town that got more Subsaharan illegal immigrants overnight than it had population? There are good reasons communities control their environs, and why inundating them with foreign peoples, all male of military age, isn't acceptable.
All the people in such communities have a right to be members of their community and to not have it conquered by foreign fighters and subjected to Sharia law or having all their cats eaten by being roasted on the street.
I'm not in favor of government. I am in favor of self governance, however, and that includes being able to defend communities from invasions, which also includes regions and nations (nations are peoples, not countries, which are institutions). It is the USG that is importing tens of millions of foreign fighters in order to victimize the civilian population of America by solving the problem they created by imposing draconian tracking and surveillance, armed troops on street corners, and packing people into warrens after kicking them out of rural idylls. These are crimes the statists are doing to hapless civilians that mostly don't even know there is such a thing as statism.
Most illegal immigrants have been driven from their homelands, where they'd much rather be if the West hadn't bombed them into the Stone age. Peoples have a right to borders. Governments are the wrong way to have them.
It's gonna hinge on whether or not coming to 'murica can turn them into 'muricans that love freedom and crush tyranny.
