After 10 years of 3-5 packs / weekly I was able to stop for 3 years, but not cannabis actually.
In my case what helped was meditation to fix ADHD and anxiety instead of smokes...
Went back 5 months ago lol, for the past 2 weeks I smoke 2 cigarettes/day at most or none. A not recommended habit for sure.
It would be a mess to get heavily into it again until feeling the urge to break it.

That's amazing to quit a three pack a day habit. Congratulations for that. In that context the cannabis doesn't seem like a significant risk factor.
I probably drink way too much coffee and should wind that down also, but perhaps in due time ;)

Got it! I was amazed at that the stamina required to smoke that many cigarettes in one day :) Per week makes more sense!
