My favorite pizza is done in Villanova d'Asti (North of Italy): its name is "On humor of pizza chef". If you order this pizza, the pizza chef comes and speaks with you. If he thinks you're smart enough you wil receive a huge pizza full of ingredients. On the contrary a small and white pizza.
My best version was with a sort of vulcano. On the center there was an egg and the vulcano was made of salami. On the foot of the vulcano there were mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and other stuffs :-)
