You only get to enjoy pieces of gold and silver when you have good health.
So indirectly health is wealth.
Health is an important physical, mental well-being
A state where not just an absence of disease but complete social well-being.

Health determines 70% of living, the more important reason good health is necessary

It is always good and better whenever the body requires rest and it is given, that way it comes back better than earlier and stronger.

Give it that attention, that sleep, that rest, and most importantly that supplement then you get the best of it

what could be more important than health?
money?

Well if eventually, you get the money after neglecting your health you end up spending the money on good health just to enjoy the money that way it goes back to the scratch.

So many of us take our health for granted all because we own it and we believe we can always get to direct it whichever way we want, but that comes with a risk for when it breaks down beyond repair it could take life.

HOW CAN WE STAY HEALTHY

EAT GOOD FOOD

What we eat play important role in our health, not all food is healthy, and too much of some food can be bad for our health.
A healthy diet prevents chronic disease foods with fewer salts and sugar and eating more nutritious food
A healthy diet helps to build strong bones and protect the heart.

EXERCISE

Engaging the body in exercises helps the flow of blood which helps in the prevention of heart diseases like high cholesterol, it also lowers the sugar level that way the health is prioritized and prevented from diseases.

Talking about the competition of trying to get comfortable and at the same time face with stress all from limited source in which physical activity can help.

ENOUGH SLEEP

Enough sleep is as important as having a healthy diet. It helps the body to recharge,sleep deprivation can put health at risk.
Enough sleep helps the body to be relaxed and also helps the brain function properly.
