Holis, hoy les quería hablar de la hermosa Nina Simone, una de mis cantantes y pianistas favoritas. Hoy les quería hablar de ella ya que la letra de sus canciones me ha inspirado mucho a seguir adelante, y las disfruto mucho, me encanta como esta canta y puedo sentir muchas cosas al escuchar su música. Pero bueno, sin más aquí comienza mi post.
Nina Simone nació el 21 de febrero de 1933 y murió el 21 de abril de 2003 a sus 70 años debido al cáncer de mama.
Esta cantante la conocí debido a una canción de mis cantante favorita, Lana Del Rey, por medio de la canción llamada "Don't Let me be Misunderstood". Solo estaba escuchando dicha canción en YouTube y luego vi otra canción con el mismo nombre, pero la cantaba otra persona, así que decidí escuchar un poco, y en verdad me gustó, la voz de la cantante hizo que se me pusiera la piel de gallina, y la versión de Nina Simone me agradaba más que la de Lana Del Rey. Así que seguí escuchando más sobre esta cantante. Aquí les dejaré el link de la canción, para que la disfruten.
Este post lo quise hacer hoy, debido a que estaba escuchando una canción de Nina Simone que me identifica mucho y me causa gracia, por lo mucho que me gusta la letra, entonces me dije a mi mismo ¿Por que no hacer un post al respecto para que quien no sepa de ella la conozca? Y aquí estamos, hablando de esta increíble cantante afroamericana.
La canción de esta cantante con la que más me identifico se llama "Ain't Got No, I Got Life" y la letra de la canción me transmite muchas cosas, recuerda que la primera vez que la escuché fue algo extraño, y me causó algo de gracia porque me sentía muy identificado, y amé la canción, incluso me he puesto a bailar con esta. Otra de las canciones que más me gustan de ella tiene como nombre "I put a spell on you" y no fue hasta el año pasado que me di cuenta que en la película de Disney llamada "Hocus Pocus" yo anterior mente cuando era niño había visto la película cada Halloween claro está, pero no fue sino hasta el halloween del año pasado pasado que me di cuenta que en dicha película aquellas brujas cantaban dicha canción, mi mente explotó. Y otra de mis canciones favoritas que me transmite paz y adoro escucharla cuando estoy de muy buen humor se llama "Feeling Good" esta canción es lo máximo, se las recomiendo muchísimo, la letra es muy buena, es como estar pasando por una mala racha y de pronto te levantas más fuerte que nunca y te sientes renovado. Al menos así lo veo yo, pero se que tiene un significado más profundo. Aquí les dejaré el link de la canción para que la disfruten tanto como yo.

Holis, today I wanted to tell you about the beautiful Nina Simone, one of my favorite singers and pianists. Today I wanted to talk about her because the lyrics of her songs have inspired me a lot to keep going, and I enjoy them a lot, I love how she sings and I can feel many things when listening to her music. I wanted to do this post today, because I was listening to a song by Nina Simone that I identify with a lot and it makes me laugh, because of how much I like the lyrics, so I said to myself why not do a post about it so that whoever doesn't know about her knows it? The song of this singer with which I most identify myself is called "Ain't Got No, I Got Life" and the lyrics of the song transmits me many things, remember that the first time I heard it was something strange, and it caused me some grace because I felt very identified, and I loved the song, I have even started to dance with this one.
