Oh boy, I nearly forgot to post this past season's SPS earnings. I had been getting into a good rhythm of posting these right at the start of the next season instead of the end of the next season. It's been 24 days since my last report card. Better late than never. Let's jump right into the numbers!
Match Report
Performance
Stat | #Wild | #Modern |
---|---|---|
Rank | Champion #26 | Champion #99 |
Rating | 5520 - Champion I | 4000 - Champion II |
Rating High | 5540 | 4000 |
Ratio (Win/Loss) | 1.76 (164/93) | 1.29 (71/55) |
Longest Streak | 12 | 6 |
On the bright side, I made it inside the Top 100 in Wild and Modern Ranked play during S151. But my inability to win a few Wild battles in the last minutes of the season cost me 20000 DEC as I finished outside the Top 25 in 26th place. Well, that was frustrating, especially because my last battle was a draw against my guildmate @bravetofu.
The Wild bot finished the season with close to a 64% win rate, which is still a strong performance. But since I spend most of my earned Glint on Gold Foil Rebellion reward cards rather than buying extra energy, my account tends to play much fewer battles than the other competition on the leaderboard. So it goes.
In Modern, my win rate cooled considerably from last season when I was close to 60%. However, this past season I stumbled back to a 56% win rate over 126 total battles. It is encouraging that I am finding slightly more time to battle in Modern even with my refounded @sps.dao tournament commitments. For every 2 battles in Wild, I played about 1 battle in Modern. A 2:1 ratio is a pretty reasonable goal for me considering that I play around 30-40 tournament battles daily.

---|---|
235 | ✨ 760367 Glint + ⭐4787.392 SPS |
Season Rewards Claimed | ✨ 1159965 Glint |
Glint Spent | ✨ (2042300) Glint |
Glint season rewards will show in the season they are claimed.
I'm not sure what accounted for my big spike in earned Glint last season, but I'm here for it. Getting to spend over 2M Glint last season was awesome and helped my Gold Foil Rebellion soulbound collection significantly. If you need any extra Olivias or Night Reapers, Snap at me on PeakD!
Nearly 5K SPS from Ranked battles isn't too shabby either, but it is only about half of what I make from playing in the @sps.dao tournaments. This is one of a few reasons that I spend more time playing in tournaments than Ranked battles. Both have their merits, but I've enjoyed the varied formats and bigger purses from the tourney events lately.
⭐ SPS Report
Type | ⭐ Amount |
---|---|
Staking Rewards | 1188.214 |
Ranked Rewards as above | 4787.392 |
Brawl Rewards | 617.154 |
Land Rewards | 927.033 |
License Stake Rewards | 570.705 |
NET SPS | 8090.498 |
Over 8000 SPS through my five different reward channels is still good news to me. My guild struggled with no-shows during brawls this season, so our SPS rewards were down around 30% compared to the last few seasons.
On the other hand, I expect my Land rewards to improve over the next few seasons as I brought a fourth plot online earning SPS before the new Land 1.75 update gets rolled out. I'll have to reconfigure my plots much more once the new resources are added. For now, I'll wait and see, but I think 7 plots with 7 RUNI is where I draw the line. At least my plots should be self-sufficient since I have land that makes each of the four different resources, meaning that I will not have to use the trade hub to get the resources I need for my plots.
Of course, with my renewed commitment to consistently play @sps.dao tournaments, my SPS prizes dwarf my SPS rewards. I earned a staggering 14834.69 SPS from the 32 events that I entered. Unfortunately, I still fled Day 1 in five events and fled Day 2 in four more events.
On the bright side, those five Day 1 flees were the only events from which I didn't earn prizes. I made Day 2 in 17 of the 32 events, with an impressive THREE 1st place finishes! It always feels good to be the best and the rotating formats of the tournament series keep the battle strategy fresh and engaging.
Although not as prolific as the past few seasons when it comes to my Ranked play performance, my tournament play has remained consistent and leads my earnings report with a 3000 SPS increase from last season. I continue to rent a handful of key Wild cards each season which help me improve my win rate in Ranked and tournaments.
Combining the 8090.498 SPS from rewards and the 14834.69 SPS from tournaments totals 22925.188 SPS, which is to my knowledge the most SPS I've earned in a single season. Using today's SPS spot price of 0.0069 USD, I earned over $158 of SPS in the 2-week season. Until next time.
