Cupping Therapy

in Daily Bloglast month

The hectic activities lately have indeed made my body feel sore and tired. Every day, the endless routine makes me often feel depressed and my body feels very stiff. I feel the need to find ways to restore my fitness and health.

Last week, I decided to take my wife to visit a relative's house. Apart from keeping in touch, I also wanted to find a solution to the health problems I was experiencing. Coincidentally, my relative has expertise in cupping therapy, a traditional treatment that is quite popular for relieving aches and pains and helping to improve blood flow.

When I got there, I told him about my complaint that my body felt sore and tired. My brother immediately offered to do cupping therapy. Curious, I immediately agreed. Incidentally, I had heard a lot about the benefits of cupping, although I had never tried it myself. My brother began to prepare the necessary equipment. The process began by applying oil on my back and giving it a light touch. It felt warm and soothing. Then, he began to place some cupping cups on the area that felt stiff. There was a slight tingling and pressure on the skin, but it didn't hurt at all. Instead, I found the sensation quite comfortable and refreshing.

After a few minutes, my brother started manipulating the cupping cup by gently pulling it. This was the stage that made me feel relieved. It felt like something was being lifted from inside my body, and slowly my body started to feel lighter. I asked around about how cupping works, and my brother explained that it improves blood circulation and removes toxins from the body. The parts of my body that previously felt stiff and sore were now more relaxed and free to move. There was a light sensation that spread through my body, and I felt much more refreshed. In fact, I slept better that night than usual.

Wow! Thank you for sharing about cupping therapy. Lately, I've been feeling pain in my back, maybe because of my job. Being an ESL teacher involves a lot of sitting, which can contribute to back pain. If the pain doesn't get better, maybe I will try cupping therapy.

Of course, it never hurts to try cupping therapy. So that the stiff parts due to excessive sitting are immediately healed and the blood flow is smooth. Usually before installing the cup the first step will be oiled and sequenced so that it relaxes the stiff muscles.

wow this is a really interesting technique. The sight of blood coming out of the cups was a bit much for me but if it helps you than it is worth it! I hope you are feeling better.
