FOODlog #1250: Beef Keema with Eggs

Cooked our staff dinner tonight. Made 3 different dishes:

  • Beef Keema with Eggs
  • French Beans
  • Kewpie Roasted Chicken Chops

The beef I simple Sautéed some onions and carrots then added in spices like turmeric powder, cumin powder and some garam masala.

I cooked the keema in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes then once it's done, I tasted for final seasoning of salt if needed and then I added in hard-boiled eggs that I cooked separately while the beef was in the pressure cooker.

The chicken I marinated with my go-to marinade of Kewpie Mayo, black pepper, white pepper, and oyster sauce. It's an amazing marinade that takes no time at all to prepare and it'll make some of the best roast chicken you've ever tasted. You can take me at my words for that 👍

Let it marinade for an hour then into an oven at 240 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
