Made pizzas 🍕 for our staff meal on Thursday. Got my pizza dough from a friend that owns a bakery and cafe.
I also used some beef salami from another friend that does cured and smoked meats.
Both dough and meats paired so well with one another. I made a few types of pizzas but they were all mainly tomato based pizzas.
Used olives, onions, baby spinach, mozzarella cheese, and a switching up the proteins between beef salami, chicken pepperoni, and slices of smoked duck.
Yesterday I used my final dough to make a sweet pizza using 4 different types of cheeses: Gorgonzola Blue cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, ricotta, fior di latte, and topped with a sprinkle of sea salt, chili flakes, and fermented honey.
Tasted Amazing and ready for it to launch for an upcoming Italian themed event!
