I know this doesn't look the part but trust me, this is so good! A dish that my Mum made for us growing up whenever she's exhausted from cooking, using mainly canned food, this is my Mum's Tuna Mushroom Spaghetti.
Used to sell this when I was running my own business and every now and then, she'll still cook this for us.
Made it for our staff meal last week and everyone liked it. Onions are the only fresh ingredient but the rest are canned tuna, canned mushrooms, cream of mushroom, mayonnaise, dried oregano, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. A quick meal to prep with minimal effort and maximum satisfaction.
If you have an idea of a kids pasta, this is the white sauce version. Satisfying!
