FOODlog #1310: Thai-style Steam Fish

A Thai 🇹🇭 inspired dish for our dinner the other day - Steamed Seabass with Lime and Chilies. It's got aromatics like lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and coriander as well, lime juice and chilies, and fish sauce to season it nicely.

A really delicious dish that whets your appetite with every spoonful. A really well balanced dish that is tangy, sweet, sour, spicy and all that aromatic fragrance is just so satisfying.

Having it when it's hot and steaming with rice is what I'll recommend to pair with but since I'm taking lesser carbs nowadays, I had the fish with scrambled eggs for my rice replacement and some stir fried Pak choy for vegetables.

Such an appetizing and mouthwatering meal that you really have to try it!
