FOODlog #1311: Lemon Thyme Baked Salmon

in Daily Blog3 days ago

A busy night 2 weeks ago where we celebrated our bar's 3rd anniversary. Busy night = the need to make a quick and easy meal so that I can focus on service.

Baked half a salmon filet that fed 8 of us for the night with a little leftover. Simply seasoned with salt and then baked with lemon, garlic, thyme, and olive oil at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.

Served it with rice for everyone and some stir fried cabbage as a side dish since I wasn't having any rice for myself.

What's your go-to meal or dish to cook when you're short of time but still want a yummy meal to eat?

The food is very delicious may looking at it, yummy yummy.

I love salmon and lemon 🍋🍋🍋

Your salmon looks good! All of your food looks so good.
My quick go-to meal is lentils and quinoa because they both cook faster than beans and rice, respectively, and they taste pretty good and are filling. 😁
