My turn to cook supper and the best part about cooking staff meals is that I get to cook stuff that I'm particularly craving.
This time I was craving myself some buffalo chicken wings so that's exactly what I made - buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese sauce.
I made the dip with blue cheese and some milk together with sour cream and seasoned to taste with salt and black pepper.
For the star of the dish, I marinated the wings with salt and pepper then oven roasted it at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. It cooks twice in the oven, so after the first 14 minutes, the wings are then roasted for 4 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
I then toss it was a buffalo sauce made with butter and Sriracha. We have a locally made 🇲🇾 Sriracha (angel brand) that I swear by is better than any other Sriracha out there.
Super delicious, fall off the bone tender chicken wings paired perfectly with the blue cheese dip, making it a worth supper in any situation.
