RE: Enjoying a Local Dish: One of the Weirdest Fish You Can Eat

in Daily Blog21 days ago

That's very wonderful but i really have few questions.

  1. The shell of the fish is difficult to remove therefore it was boiled together with the first.

Question: When cooking it you will add condiments right? When you finally remove the shell do you pour away the water used in cooking it or do you use the water to continue cooking.

Preparing the fish with cassava?

Question: cassava is know for being rich in starch. How can you eat it without soaking it in water for some hours.

In regards to your questions, the stewing makes the water used mix with the condimentos. When it is ready, that mix become a sauce. About the cassava, yes, we boil it long enough for it to.be soft. Same with any other vegetables or tuber
