From there we get to know about new food recipes and benefit a lot. That's why today I would like to introduce to you about the benefits of having curry leaf fragrant leaf plants in the roof garden. I have different types of plants in my roof garden. Among them today I am showing you curry leaves or aromatic leaves to make food delicious.

Curry leaves or sukhandhi leaves are known by different names in different countries. These leaves are mainly used in cooking different types of curries. And very useful for making food delicious. These leaves have a mesmerizing aroma. Which we all love.

I planted this fragrant leaf plant in my roof garden as a hobby. The flowers of this tree are incredibly beautiful. And the leaves are thin and short in shape. I use it in various curries while cooking at home. I take this page to my hostel at different times. There many are fascinated by its aroma as a result of adding this leaf to curries. I sometimes use chopped leaves to fry eggs. I will share this recipe with you in a future blog.
