RE: We don't always have lunch with a view

in Daily Bloglast month

so going up to the place where I had my lunch last Friday was not doable

Who was feeding the birds today under the cane canopy on that stone table? 🙂

But you had nicer weather last time, which is necessary for a nice view, so with today's clouds, the viewpoint would not be a "full hit".

The weather was desperate for us today. It was beautiful for half the day, and sunny at times, but from noon the clouds rolled in and it started to snow heavily.

The memory of my childhood made me happy today when I saw children sledding in the newly falling snow in the park near my apartment. That's how I, in my childhood, with my friends, when it snowed, spent the whole day in the snow. I was frozen but happy. Like today, when I remembered that period of my life.

That's the question indeed - who fed the birds then? 😱 😂

I didn't, even though I bought bread this time.

You are right, last week the weather was clearer and the sky was not so covered with grey clouds.

Snow and your memories - aw, that is sweet and heartwarming to see that children can enjoy that fun and remember we did the same. Nice memories that for sure can make us happy. I also loved it, just not the ice... I broke my left arm as I slipped on the ice, I was around six years old.

I understand you.
I'm afraid of icy surfaces.
Last winter i fell on the tile plateau. I didn't feel any pain until a month later. My hip hurt, and that pain lasted for more than three months. I probably bruised a nerve 😕

Everything is OK now, I'm waiting for new challenges when I walk on the ice 🤣
