Las experiencias de la vida me han enseñado muchas cosas, una de ellas es a amarme como me gustaría que lo hicieran los demás, entonces un día empecé a disfrutar tiempos conmigo misma y desde allí tengo citas conmigo.
En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes un momento de soledad, un instante que me tomé para y el cual decidí que se trataba de la celebración por el día de la mujer. Como todos saben el día de hoy 8 de marzo, se celebra de manera internacional el día de la mujer, un homenaje a todas esas mujeres valientes, luchadoras, trabajadoras, madres, esposas, hijas, empoderadas que mantienen de pie nuestra sociedad y que llevan sobre sus hombros un gran peso, como lo es procrear y contribuir en el crecimiento y desarrollo de los individuos.
Así que hoy quise dedicarme un tiempo y me levanté súper temprano, me arreglé y procedí a salir de mi casa. Mi primera parada fue en un centro comercial de la ciudad que se ubica en la Av Vargas para hacer una diligencia a un familiar.Después de allí yo quería un tiempo para mí, en contacto con la naturaleza algo diferente a lo que siempre hago que es ir a un centro comercial, comprarme algo y ver tiendas. En esta ocasión yo quería estar en un ambiente tranquilo, así que me fui al Parque del Este el cual tiene por nombre José María Ochoa Pile ya que quería escribir algunas cosas, no quería que nadie me interrumpiera y además quería estar completamente sola.
En realidad no estuve sola, porque entre los pájaros, las ardillas y las iguanas que parecían un dragón nunca me quedé completamente sola, pero si puede estar allí un rato, desconectarme del teléfono (de hecho apague los datos móviles) y me puse a pensar en varias decisiones que debo tomar, organizar mi agenda y escribir para drenar mis emociones.
Ya pasada un poco la hora del almuerzo me fui a un supermercado que está justo enfrente del parque llamado “Río Market” y me dispuse a comprar algo rico para comer y terminar de pasar ese día conmigo. De verdad que disfruto muchísimo esos tiempos a solas, por último camine por ese centro comercial donde está el supermercado y finalmente me vine a casa.
Para finalizar quiero decirles que cada vez que tengan tiempo para compartir con ustedes mismas no lo duden, no hay nada mejor que podernos brindar amor y consentirnos como merecemos.

So today I wanted to dedicate some time to myself and I got up super early, got dressed up and proceeded to leave my house. My first stop was at a shopping center in the city that is located on Vargas Ave. to run an errand to a relative, after that I wanted some time for myself, in contact with nature, something different from what I always do which is to go to a mall, buy something and see stores. This time I wanted to be in a quiet environment, so I went to the Parque del Este which is called José María Ochoa Pile because I wanted to write some things, I did not want anyone to interrupt me and I also wanted to be completely alone.
Actually I was not alone, because among the birds, squirrels and iguanas that looked like a dragon I was never completely alone, but I could be there for a while, disconnect from my phone (in fact I turned off the mobile data) and I started to think about several decisions I have to make, organize my agenda and write to drain my emotions.
After lunch time I went to a supermarket that is right in front of the park called “Rio Market” and I decided to buy something delicious to eat and finish the day with me. I really enjoy a lot those times alone, finally I walked around the mall where the supermarket is and finally I came home.
Finally, I want to tell you that whenever you have time to share with yourselves, do not hesitate, there is nothing better than being able to give us love and pamper us as we deserve.

Nada mejor que pasar tiempo a solas, es tan satisfactorio, sirve para relajarse, pensar y disfrutar del ambiente en el que te encuentres. Sales muy hermosa en tus fotos❤️.
Me parece excelente pasar tiempos con nosotros mismos. Y, lo digo porque no todas las personas entienden que a la persona que más debemos querer en el mundo es a nosotros mismos.
