Hello Hivers! Good day to everyone.
Travel is one of my favorite thing to do. I am so excited specially if it's my first to go that place. Enjoying the view that we passed by. And two days before the travel I already pack/prepared the things that we need. Even the things that not so necessary or maybe the things that what if we needed it along the way (girls scouts always ready).
We left at Gingoog City by 8pm, because we need to be there at Davao City before 10am. The convention starts at 10am so for we didn't short of time we need to travel at night. The van was already done checked and it was safe for a long trip. Since we just travel by land via Butuan and we pass by at Bukidnon going home. It's my first time to travel to Butuan, Davao City and Bukidnon, so excited. So I decided to seat at front so that I see everything and able to see the cars or the flow of the streets. Around 12am at the road we stopped by at 7'eleven to buy a coffee and do some stretching since we already travel 4 hours. We arrived at Davao City at 4:30am. And we feel relief 'coz after 8 hours of long travel we finally arrived and safe. It was a sleepless and exhausted travel. Because of my excitement to roam around the city I didn't have a nap.
We stopped at Waxi's 4:35am, since this is belong to our plan to visit. This was just beside of KJC Compound managed by Apollo Quiboloy including the fast food. And we thankful that they open 24 hours. They have many foods to offer and beverages. The place was nice (including the staff) and clean (including the CR). They also sell a 'pasalubong' foods. Easy to locate because it was just at the highway. And we have our breakfast their at a very early in the morning. Because we feel a little hungry. We ask permission to the staff if we can standby there and they allow us and have some little conversation with them. We stay there for almost 2 hours.

I was amazed at their foot bridge. For me it has a unique design. This was just outside of Waxi's.
Going our way to the hotel. I noticed that there city was clean. I didn't any dumping of garbage at the streets. And there driver's are obediently following traffic rules because they implemented a speed limit.
We arrived at the hotel by 8am. The hotel was totally a grand hotel. The architectural design was so nice. Their parking space isn't that big that can park more cars. And it was just located near at City Hall. We stayed at the lobby and waiting for the organizer of the convention. They maintain that the lobby is still clean even there are people who's passing by.

This is the scenario outside of the hotel. It was a busy and traffic street. And it means that the city was a progressive and the economic was good. And I noticed that there are no beggars there unlike the other places.
Since we didn't part of the convention. We just stay at the lobby and later on decided to go to the mall. On our way to the mall we experience a bumper to bumper traffic. And it takes almost an hour to get there. We have lunch at the mall (I didn't take a picture while we are at the mall 'coz of enjoyment). We just roam around. And at afternoon we decided to go back to the hotel.
Since the convention was almost done we are allowed to come inside. And the speaker is PRRD Tatay Rodrigo Roa Duterte. And it's my first time see him on personal. My hearts was so happy, almost crying (tears of joy) and grateful for the moment. I was able to witness this kind of convention. Hearing of his message and see him near. At his age, he still managed to attend this convention and his unending concern and support to his people.
While I was at the mixed emotion moment. I was suddenly look up and noticed the design of ceilings that distract my attention. I was amazed the design and the chandelier.
And by 10pm, we travel again going home via Bukidnon. And at this time I get a nap along the way. Around 7am we arrived safely at home. Exhausted of almost 16 hours total of travel and it's my first time to travel this long. But still happy and grateful because I think it's once of a lifetime opportunity to witness that kind of convention.
