Traveling back from school was a hassle, I can’t forget the stress of dragging my bags with me from my hostel to the park, it was not easy for me. Luckily for me my friend was around to help me to an extent before going back home. I had to go on an unofficial break due to a recent occurrence in my school. I was both happy and sad about it but for the most I was happy because I’d get more time to figure myself out.
I had to go to my friend’s place first before going home because I needed to make some clothes for myself with her sewing machine. I was able to get some time to sew three new clothes for myself and two for my sister. I will have to share the pictures/video of the clothes in another post, hehe. I had to leave my friend’s place after one week of visit because I had a marriage ceremony to attend at home. I didn’t finish making the last clothes in time so I had to leave her place a little late.

On my way home, I remember I was so tired because I didn’t get a good sleep because I wanted to complete our clothes before traveling back home. I sat at the front seat with the driver and I was dozing off. It was a fun ride until our driver disturbed my sleep as he brought the vehicle to a halt. I was also wondering why he would just stop so abruptly only to realize that he saw his colleague who his vehicle got into an accident. We all had to come down from the vehicle to go see what happened and even before we did a random car also stopped to go help out too.
Good thing was that the people in the vehicle were safe, just that one of them was injured because the side glass was completely shattered. The car was badly damaged but they still managed to look for a way to pull it out of the bush it was in. We were told the vehicle somersaulted just once and that was the luck they had. It was due to the slippery road because it was raining a little. After our driver finished helping the man’s vehicle out, we bid him good bye and continued our journey, it was a first experience for me and for some reason I’m glad I had that experience because I learnt some things from it.

I finally got home after the long ride and I was so happy to see my sister again after a long time! Traveling has always been something I enjoy doing, the only problem I have with it is the insecurities in my country but beside that I enjoy it because I get to see new things and people which is quite fun for me. I’d be traveling back to my friend’s place soon because I still have more clothes to make and also because school will be resuming very soon, I need to be prepared because it will be exams almost immediately we resume. So much to do!
Well, that’s all about my latest daily movements and I hope everything works out well for me and everyone in this new week.
Oh my, it's scary to witness a road accident but I'm glad everybody is safe although you mention one was injured. Stay safe and looking forward to see photos of the clothes you sewed.

Yeah, I was a bit scared and it got me wondering if it was the vehicle I entered but I was lucky it wasn’t.
Yeah, i didn’t make it completely though, my friend did the cutting of the fabrics, I did the joining, hehe.

Oh, I see.. sewing the pieces together is still a lot of work. I can barely sew a button to a shirt properly 😂, I'm still learning .

Not really good 😂, I just know how to use the sewing machine but I don’t know the technicalities of cutting out a style so my friend helped me with that part, hehe.
