Finally, No More Cruel Summer In Villa Elena

Yesterday, I experienced the coolest summer this 2024. I have been already bored in the house since we don't have getaway trips. Financial constraints, you know. Yet, I'm so happy as my aunt decided to celebrate my cousin's birthday in Villa Elena. This is unplanned since she only announced it less than a day before the celebration. Nonetheless, we are still able to cherish every moment with my relatives. Without further ado, let's get started.

The original meeting time was 10:30 AM, but we reached the resort at 11:30 PM. Its location is only fifteen minutes away from our home, making it convenient. While I was waiting for my uncle, I decided to collect some photos. The photo above is the monument letters of Villa Elena. This resort is located in Cabsiculan, Science City of Munoz. Sorry if the shot is not wide enough since my phone has no 0.5 option. Design-wise, I was fascinated with their creativity in incorporating LED lights and natural branding. There is also a wide parking lot for tricycles, owners, and vans.

Villa Elena Entrance

After we saw the father of the birthday celebrant, we immediately headed inside. As usual, I picked up our bags and other essentials. I felt humiliated since my sibling blamed me for forgetting his spare clothes. He likes making a scene. It's not my fault if he is irresponsible. My mother felt relieved when my uncle paid the fee cost around 90 pesos ($1.53) per head. I just entered the resort, yet already fascinated with their amenities like billiards and shopping souvenirs.

Villa Elena Cottage

This is the cottage of the resort where we stayed worth ₱700.00. For me, it is already enough to cater to around 20 people. I appreciate the owner of Villa Elena for putting someone's name in each cottage. This approach allows the kids to avoid confusion. The original plan of my aunt is to rent a bigger place where we can occupy. But for me, the place where we stayed is already big enough. The only problem that I noticed with their design is its simplicity. It is not aesthetic enough to take photos whatsoever.

Birthday Celebrant

Before we started to eat, we greeted the birthday celebrant first. It is already in our tradition to sing "Happy Birthday" to the celebrant before blowing out the candle. The photo above is the pic of my little cousin while holding his chocolate. As you can see, he is very happy with his simple dream of swimming and getting a cake. Yet, her parents made it more memorable by inviting us to witness his birthday.

Foods

We can't celebrate a birthday without eating food, of course. The parents of the celebrant prepared yummy foods like barbeques, spaghetti, pancit, and unlimited ice cream. They also have drinks like water and coke. Their spaghetti seems weird to me since it is creamier than the regular versions. I think I am recurrent in scooping their Buko and Cheese flavoured ice cream. It complements my mouth.

Swimming

With regards to their pool, I enjoyed every inch of it. The only problem that I experienced was that there was no thrill compared to a nearby resort. I hope they will work for it. Yet, anyone could still enjoy it even if you are a kid, adult, or senior citizen. They have two separate pools designed for kids with 3 to 3.5 feet and for adults with 5 to 6.5 feet. If you will ask if I get sunburned, my answer is no. I put sunscreen before I enjoyed the moment.
