Another day of bringing the parents out at Kuala Lumpur before they went back to their hometown in a few days time. This time, husband suggested to bring them for lunch at a popular tourist restaurant called Soo Kee's Son Prawns and Beef Noodles. Then, we noticed they had renamed it to Restaurant New Imbi Garden.
Lunch at Restoran New Imbi Garden

This restaurant opens from 12pm-3pm for lunch crowd, 5:30pm-10:30pm for dinner crowd.
When we reached at 12pm sharp, surprisingly it was not crowded at all. We wondered where were all the tourists. The lady boss said usually the tourists crowd will be around 1pm ish...
They are famous for the stir fry big prawns with noodle, also their signature beef stir fry Kuey teow, as well as seafood noodle. However, all their dishes are recommended. You can also ordered ala carte dishes like vegetables, pork stir fry, and other delicacies to eat with white rice.
We came here on purpose to eat noodles that day.
My parents asked my husband to order. He ordered a Hokkien char, a beef stir fry with Kuey teow and 'wat tan hor' which was also Kuey Teow stir fry and drizzled with egg gravy which was loaded with vegetables and protein, all large portions.
All so so delicious...
And we still needed more Hokkien Char so we ordered a small size Hokkien char. This was the best dish among all loaded with fried crispy pork lard oh-so-addictive, and the dipping sauce sambal was so robust.

Feeling satisfied, we slowly walked to our car park which was nearby another food court alongside Jalan Imbi (if I remembered correctly).
Since we were so nearby Times Square Mall and the day was still young, we decided to go there for a walk. Super love the Chinese New Year decoration here so photos photos photos.

Later on, all the male sat down for coffee and drinks at Hainan Coffee House while myself and Mum went for shopping. Mum wanted to buy some stuff for me, yay. I got myself a purse and a shoe.. thank you, Mama.
All went home happy and jovial. At evening, we ordered Dominos's pizza delivery to eat at home and my brother's daughters were overnighting at my place.
