My husband was going to Macau the next day for card collectors and card trading and sales event, so we spent some time together - a must!
Breakfast at Restoran Shuang Ling!
Location: 32, 14, Jalan 9/23a, Medan Makmur, 53300 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
A humble corner-lot old shop but it is a such a gem. Eventhough it is a place super hard to find car park, literally everyone double park but still, customers are willing to overcome the trouble to dine here.
There is a stall called Uncle Lim selling extremely delicious barbequed pork belly and it is a dish I won't mind to eat once or twice a week if the budget allows (but currently the budget does not allow, so we dine here maybe twice a year).
Too bad, it was a no-wantan-mee day so we got to opt for their chicken rice. Surprisingly the chicken rice was so fragrance, cooked with some aromatic.
Husband ordered their steamed chicken rice with added barbecued pork belly. As for me, I wanted all pork, so I ordered mine with BBQ pork belly and roasted pork. Super duper delicious!
We both had our usual milk tea cravings satisfied. Husband ordered cold one and I ordered a warm one.
Sending husband to airport
It was a morning flight for him at 10am but for an international flight, it was advised to reach 3 hours earlier. We departed from home at 5:30am, the boys tagged along too. Haha. They were willing to wake up at 5am to send the father.
After settling all the luggage check-in, we proceeded to Burger King for breakfast at 7:45am. Boarding time was 9:25am. So we had a quick one before the husband entered the boarding gate. It took him some time to walk and a few stops for security checkup.
At Burger King, I ordered from breakfast menu consisted of croissant as burger. Sound interesting so must try!
I ordered a bacon ham with egg croissant burger. Youngest one and husband ordered the same one which was beef & egg croissant burger. My eldest son chose from the usual beef burger menu, he picked double bacon and beef burger with fries and a drink.
Somehow we felt that the burgers had shrunk, not sure about other branches but these burgers here were tiny. Anyway, it didn't really matter because we just wanted to spend some time together, precious moments.

We spent around 30 minutes eating breakfast together before husband headed off to queue-in for all security and passport checkups and needed to walk a little until the boarding gate. Bye bye and safe trip to him! We prayed he would have a great time at the card events!

The best and most beautiful thing that there is, are the farewells of a family member, you can see that they enjoyed it very much. Successes

Have a nice day my friend
I don't think I've ever seen a croissant burger at a fast food place here. Maybe I just don't pay enough attention. Ha ha! Hope you husband had a great trip!
