Happy Sunday, dear Hivers! In our country, we are given five straight days of holiday break (Dec 28, 2024 to Jan 1, 2025). So i thought of making the most of this break and be sure to come back refreshed and recharged next year.
I started my day with breakfast- my usual brewed coffee and some left over cookies from Tightrope Cafe. These cookies were given by Ben as a takeout from our date last night.
Cleaning my things. I follow a tradition of cleaning my personal space every end of the year to welcome the New Year. I believed that having a clean area brings new energy and clarity for the new year ahead. So my agenda today is to do my laundry and tidy up my desk. Our family usually go to a laundry shop to have our clothes cleaned. But because of instances where some of my clothes got missing or discolored, I opted to hand wash my favorite clothes to make sure that it's in good condition.
After I did my laundry, my siblings and I cooked for lunch and dinner. One of us prepared the pork kawali in the electric air fryer, while some of us prepared spaghetti and corned beef.
Netflix and Chill. It's now 4pm and we're finally done with our household chores. I decided to finish my new favorite Netflix series, Squid Game Season 2, which i also blogged about recently.
I must say, both seasons are a masterpiece. I can't wait for Season 3 which will be release next year!
My mom wanted to go outside to see the Christmas festivities out there. She likes Christmas decorations as much as i do. So we went to a quick trip to Radisson Blu and enjoy some snacks. This ginger house look so beautiful. Happy Holidays, my dear Hivers!
