Every Sunday, no matter what happens, I always make it a point to get ready for church. Yesterday was no different. Before heading down the mountain from my home, I had to relocate the cows to a shaded area where they could hide from the sun.
As I was doing this, I saw Myla, one of the cows, lying down. She had been wounded before, and seeing her like that filled me with fear. I was terrifiedāwhat had happened to her? And right before church, too. I told myself, "Okay, letās wait and see."
I got closer to her, heart pounding, and then suddenly, her head rose. Relief washed over me. "Okay, you're alive," I said, "thank you."
Moments like these remind me how much I rely on God for strength and peace.

Was she ok though?
Yes, she's healing well. Maybe she didn't have a great night's sleep.
