Greetings to all,
The weekend passed quietly here, and for good reason—our city has been blanketed in thick smog. Due to the severe air quality, a “green lockdown” has been imposed across our region. Schools are closed, and students have returned to online classes, while businesses open in the afternoon and close promptly at 8:00 pm.
It’s a strange and hectic situation, adjusting once again to restrictions, but it’s a necessary response to protect everyone’s health. The air feels heavy, and the visibility is low; going outside without precautions feels risky.
Unfortunately, my sister fell ill after being outside without taking proper precautions. She’s now dealing with a sore throat, a runny nose, and watery eyes—the telltale signs of exposure to the smog. It’s a reminder of how important it is to stay indoors and, if we have to go out, to use masks, eye protection, and other methods to minimize exposure.
For now, I’m focusing on keeping the air cleaner indoors and making sure we’re all taking care of ourselves. Stay safe out there, everyone! Remember to take precautions to protect yourself and those around you.
Until tomorrow, take care!
Reading this I actually remembered the pandemic days where we can't go out at all. It was harder than I thought despite being really a reserved person. I hope you're all alright and please take care of your health since it is really important to us. I'm actually a newbie here and I hope that you will support my blogs. Thank you for sharing this and I hope that the environment where you live in will soon safer. Take care always!
Welcome to this community 🙂 yes staying inside is more safe than spending time outside. Have a good day
