Good day, people of Hive! Welcome to my blog. Finally, it's been a year since I joined the Hive platform, and I joined this Hive platform on December 30th, 2023, through my sister, princessbusayo. I must say I really enjoyed this platform because it has taught me a lot, helped me grow, and made me understand things I didn't know before.
Firstly, I want to thank everyone on this platform for accepting me into the community and for the guidance and support you've shown me along the way. I sincerely appreciate you all. I'd also like to express my deepest gratitude to the two most important people who helped me when I started my journey on Hive: my sister (@princessbusayo) and Big Fash (@fashtioluwa).They have been a huge support system for me since the beginning I joined this platform. My sister was always there to correct and guide me whenever I made mistakes on this platform; even if it meant for her to use an iron hand to ensure I improved, she would use it. I may have been frustrated and angry with her for disturbing me, saying her problem is too much, but I understand that her care and persistence were all for my own benefit and not for her. Whenever I call her for help on Hive, telling her I don't understand a question, she either asks me to wait because she's busy or ask me to figure it out myself, which leaves me to meet Big Fash for help.
Big Fash has also been an amazing person to me. Even though I didn't know him personally before joining this Hive, because I met him through my sister, he never treated me as a stranger; he treated me with kindness, patience, and care as if we've known eachother. Anytime I reached out to him for help, even if he was busy, he would always set aside what he was doing to give me his full attention. His encouragement and willingness to explain things I don't know meant so much to me, and I'm truly grateful to call you both my mentor and a friend.
Additionally, I'd also like to thank or show my gratitude to the founder of the Newbie Initiative for giving me the opportunity to be part of or among the group. The initiative helped me a lot, and I learned so much from them. Also, I would like to thank my team leader (@Eunice9200) and the wonderful guides, including (@Nkemkonam89), (@Oluwadrey), (@I am gifted), and (@Vickoly). You people were always there to answer our questions no matter how silly they might have seemed to you. Your patience and care in helping us newbies find our way on Hive were truly amazing and inspiring.
Although I haven't been as active as I should have been, I have determined to be more serious this year, 2025; I want to be more active, contribute, and make new friends on this platform.
Once again, thank you all for your care and support. My special thanks to @princessbusayo and @fashtioluwa for being my rock and shoulder to lean on and for never giving up on me, even when I made mistakes. @princessbusayo, I know I've shouted at you at times, but I appreciate your efforts and love shown towards me; they are more than words can express. I am so lucky to have you as my sister.

I remember when you started, I would make so many corrections, but look at you, I did not even know when you wrote this. I was happy and proud reading this.
You remember your promise to be serious this year. Well, it won't be easy, and I wouldn't say you must do this and that.
Set goals and make sure they are achievable; strive to achieve them. While Princess uses the iron hand for you, I will use the butter hand.
