Our Journey To Turtle Beach Resort
It was early in the morning and we were already busy preparing for the trip. Since my grandmother has difficulty walking due to her age, we decided to rent a jeepney to make everyone more comfortable. While on the way, we could already feel the excitement, especially since we rarely get to be together at this time.
Also, just to add up some info, the resort is also easy to find because it is accessible on Waze. As we got closer, the view of the sea began to peek out, and it seemed to call our tiredness to relax.
Arrival at Turtle Beach Resort
We immediately noticed the quiet environment and fresh air. The resort is by the sea, and the view of the blue water seems to draw us closer. It was rainy that day, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our time. We noticed that the place was clean, from the rooms to the surroundings.
Simple Celebration for Grandma
This day is special for Lola because she has been saying for a long time that she wants to get out and see a new place. As we prepared the food, the joy on his face was undeniable. She even said it was one of the best gifts he ever received because she was with us all. While my younger brothers immediately went down to the pool, me and my twin sister were busy taking pictures. The resort looked like the perfect backdrop for photos: the sea view, the green surroundings, and the cottages gave off a relaxing vibe.
One of the great aspects of Turtle Beach Resort is that it has a pool and sea. If you are tired of the swimming pool, you can paddle in the sea water, and if you want a fresher feeling, the pool is always ready. While my two younger brothers were busy in the pool, Grandma preferred to sit in the cottage watching us all. We caught up with her for a while to talk about her youth. She said how happy he was to see us all getting along and happy.
My twin sister and I wandered around to take pictures. The resort has numerous spots that are perfect for photography enthusiasts. The rainy weather even gave a different ambiance, as if the surroundings had become more peaceful.
One of the things I noticed was the arrangement of the resort. The pool is clean, the cottages are neat, and the staff is friendly. Another thing we liked was their clear policy: alcohol is not allowed in the resort. This is for the safety and peace of the guests, so we liked the quiet and orderly surroundings more. Although I would have liked to do a karaoke singing with my twin sister, we did not avail of a karaoke rental. Because most of our family members doesn't like karaoke. But that's okay, the important thing is that we're happy in our simple gathering.
This kind of gathering only happens once in a while. Everyone is busy with work, school, and various responsibilities, so this day is a blessing for us. The simple celebration provided an opportunity to get to know each other better and rebuild a stronger bond as a family. Turtle Beach Resort is not just a place to relax; it also became the meeting place of our happy memories. Despite the rain and limitations, we understood that the grand celebration was not important. What matters is each other's presence.
Our day at Turtle Beach Resort was a reminder that true joy is found in the company of loved ones. Every moment is filled with laughter, stories, and love. At the end of the day, as we were going home, I saw Grandma's smile. This simple day is one of the best memories we have given him. It's a reminder that it doesn't matter how much it costs, what matters is the time we spend with each other.
