Cool you decides to have a walk outside. If i'm alone and I'm in some place, I think i'll really just stay at home. It would be different though if i'm with someone, specifically with Mama. Lol. But anyways about the dog that steal a fish. Maybe the owner didn't feed the doggo and it's so hungry that it did it. Thats really sad.
