Today being Monday is always a busy day to many and also a dull and boring day for some, to me this Monday waa both.
Was busy in a sense that i had morning lecture to attend (i so much hate morning lectures) and also a afternoon lecture as well. So was busy walking up and down to venues for lecture.
It was bored and dull in a sense that there was no space around the school environment that was free to power my phone not just my phone, my friends phone were down too and they need to charge it. The lectures waa longer than it’s was supposed to making everyone hungry, tired and bored.
After the long lecture we went on looking for where to charge our phones, someone came with a suggestion of going to the school cafeteria, they have light there and also there a space there. Not being to the school cafeteria before was eager to go there and take a look of what the place look like. People/students do talk about the school cafeteria and now i want to see what its looks like and if it’s worth the hype.
Getting there, the environment (outside) looks nice including the structure. But getting inside its wasn’t the view I expected. Didn’t looked fine and furnished as I thought.
Secondary students seems to be using the cafeteria for a different purposes rather then a place of eating. Students wey seen reading and copying note there, some came wirh a system and many came with a socket to charge their phones and other electronic stuffs. Others came with friends to chat.
With no other lectures for the day, we waited for our phones to be charged. We didn’t order anything from the cafeteria cause there was no money on us.
Few hours later we left the cafeteria and went back home.
Conclusion
My day wasn’t bad at all though it was a bit busy and bored yet still its was a cool monday to write about.
What do you think about students reading, chatting and charging electronic devices in a cafeteria, i mean I didn’t expect to see students reading in a cafeteria.
