Hola amigos, espero que estén teniendo un lindo día. Hoy he hecho un tiempo para escribir y mantenerlos al tanto de mi día a día. Estamos despidiendo enero, un mes que siempre me ha parecido extremadamente largo, o ¿solo son ideas mías?
Este año ha comenzado lleno de retos. He estado ausente varios días de Hive y escribir se me ha hecho bastante difícil debido a las escasas horas de electricidad. Comencé el año con muchos planes, sobre todo dedicar más tiempo a mis hobbies, entre ellos el dibujo, que es de mis actividades favoritas. Aunque he hecho algunas prácticas, no he logrado mantener una rutina constante. Soy fiel creyente de que para aprender una habilidad hay que practicar día a día.

En los primeros días de enero estuve bastante activo en Hive y logré hacer algunos dibujos tanto para la comunidad de Splinterlands como para Holozing, que es donde más escribo. Les dejo aquí algunos de mis dibujos porque la verdad me gustaron mucho.

En cuanto a los idiomas, he sido más estable. Logré completar el reto de Duolingo del mes de enero y mantener una racha perfecta. He escrito varias veces sobre Duolingo en Hive, así que pueden leer mis posts con consejos.
En mi semestre de licenciatura, estamos a punto de exponer el trabajo de curso, una actividad que demanda mucho tiempo. El mayor reto no ha sido la investigación en sí, sino mantener el equilibrio entre el trabajo docente y el trabajo investigativo, pero hasta ahora lo he logrado con bastante éxito. En febrero también tengo algunos exámenes por realizar.
He mejorado mucho mi rutina agregando hábitos más saludables, aunque sé que me costará mantenerlos el resto del año.
Los videojuegos que ocupan mi tiempo este año son: Final Fantasy VII Remake y estoy rejugando la colección de Tomb Raider.

Metas para febrero
Para el próximo mes, me gustaría:
- Dedicar más tiempo a mis dibujos, tratar de mantener un calendario y horario, y además participar en algún concurso artístico en Hive. Tengo muchas ideas para este mes que quisiera llevar a cabo.
- Mantener la racha de Duolingo y seguir aprendiendo nuevos idiomas, enfocándome en el francés. Me gustaría complementar con algún podcast en ese idioma.
- Mantener los hábitos que desarrollé y evitar los desencadenantes a malos hábitos que antes tenía.
- Terminar mi investigación (se presentará el documento el 20 de febrero) y preparar la defensa.
- Leer dos libros: Dominio de Dragones de George R.R. Martin y La Perla China. Aunque Dominio de Dragones no es completamente de mi agrado, me está entreteniendo. Estoy emocionado por comenzar La Perla China, ya que me lo han recomendado y la sinopsis parece interesante.
- Continuar con la lectura de Simplified Anatomy for the Comic Book Artist, que más que un libro es una guía de pasos y trucos para dibujar cómics. Actualmente, estoy utilizando este libro para mis prácticas de dibujo.

Algunos momentos que me han hecho sentir orgulloso este mes:

Hello friends, I hope you are having a nice day. Today I made some time to write and keep you updated on my day-to-day. We are saying goodbye to January, a month that has always seemed extremely long to me, or is it just my imagination?
This year has started full of challenges. I've been absent for several days from Hive, and writing has been quite difficult due to the limited hours of electricity. I started the year with many plans, especially to spend more time on my hobbies, among them drawing, which is one of my favorite activities. Although I've done some practice, I haven't been able to maintain a consistent routine. I firmly believe that to learn a skill, you must practice every day.

Regarding languages, I've been more consistent. I managed to complete the Duolingo challenge for January and maintain a perfect streak. I've written several times about Duolingo on Hive, so you can read my posts with tips.
In my bachelor's semester, we are about to present the course project, an activity that takes up a lot of time. The biggest challenge has not been the research itself but maintaining the balance between teaching work and research work, but so far, I've achieved it quite successfully. In February, I also have some exams to take.
I have greatly improved my routine by adding healthier habits, although I know it will be challenging to maintain them throughout the year.
The video games occupying my time this year are Final Fantasy VII Remake and I'm replaying the Tomb Raider collection.
