Hi my dearest friends who are always loyal and active with me here, today I am back again to tell you about ebi shrimp that is still very natural, just taken from the sea, and still very suitable for consumption.

Today I went to my garden, to clean the grass that was quite long, in the banana garden, I saw my sister, lifting ebi shrimp that was still very good, I helped her to dry the ebi shrimp, so that the dried ebi shrimp could be sold immediately.

Even though I felt tired helping my sister to dry the ebi shrimp, while joking and laughing with her, to relieve my tiredness, I also captured the beauty of drying ebi shrimp at my sister's house, I saw the surrounding scenery, and the dried ebi shrimp, without wasting time I took my cellphone, to take some photos of the ebi shrimp that had been flattened in very thin plastic to be dried. This is a daily job, during the ebi shrimp season, my sister looks for it in the sea, and after it dries my sister sells it.

It turns out that looking for shrimp in the sea is very tiring, but my older sister is used to it, looking for shrimp when it is in season.

This shrimp must be cleaned first, because if it has just been lifted, there must be many wooden twigs inside that must be cleaned first, after cleaning it is then flattened until dry on a mat or wide plastic, so that the shrimp dry quickly, and its cleanliness is guaranteed.

This is what shrimp looks like when ready to be dried, and guaranteed to be clean!.

Today the weather is very bright, the sun is very hot, so I sweat a lot, I quickly want to help him, so that the shrimp can be flattened all in plastic to dry, before I sit down to flatten the shrimp on a mat or plastic, I also took some pictures to show here with you, so that you can witness the cleanliness of the shrimp, and the beauty of the surrounding scenery!.
