Gradually approaching the stage of crossing things off my bucket list so here I am sharing one of them with you all.
Also, I’m a newbie here and after going through the rules and about, I must add how much I admire the whole concept of this community. Wondering where the hell it’s been all my life on Hive!

That aside, welcome to my first tour to an art paintings display in Lagos.
There are three things relating to art that I plan to achieve before the world ends;
Viewing and appreciating displayed artworks and paintings.
Drawing art.
And being an artist nude muse.
Going through them again gets me turnt up, especially for the last one. I can already picture having a copy in my bedroom and proudly saying “that’s me” whenever anyone asks.
However before I unintentionally put out some nsfw content out here, days ago I officially achieved the first thing on my list;
I visited an art contemporary to view some incredibly remarkable art.
This was at Tiwani contemporary located in Victoria island, Lagos.

Arriving this place and seeing this art for the first time, I almost screamed. The beauty and uniqueness I beheld is inexplainable.
It was much more lovelier in person.
Viewing the art, it immediately resonated with me.
The main interpretation from my perspective would be remembering the simpler times and some happy childhood memories.
The concept of the paintings took me back to my secondary school days, specifically when I sometimes visit my classmate that stayed with her grandmum. The vintage interiors in her house at the time made the place even more welcoming and homely to me.
The curtains, TV set, the attires and so on.
The paintings contained similar objects.
It also reminded me of those fun pictorial storybooks we use to read in primary school. Every Nigerian can definitely relate.
It was such a fun experience and I wish I could visit as my first time again.
If I could summarize this tour in one word, it’ll be Nostalgia.
The artist really took their time in detailing the paintings to emanate pleasing antiques.
I don’t know shit about art but one thing I know is that whatever message the artist tried to pass through these paintings, I definitely caught it.
While there, we met another pair of friends that came for the same purpose as we did.
I thought they were cool because they seemed like being there wasn’t their first rodeo. They were confident with it and I admired their poise well I thought I did up until they whipped out their pen and paper to jot whatever it is they jotted down.

Anyhoo we had had enough of the paintings and it was time to leave.
The most important thing was we got to view the beautiful art work, comprehend the concept and take some lovely pictures in the end.
Next thing on the list is to paint an art, I can predict how woefully I’ll fail at it but I’m optimistic!

Bucket lists are meant to be out of the ordinary in our lives... meant to be achieved one at time. So yeah, you go!
Meanwhile, art is meant to a reflection of th artist, isn't it? They are not alway beautiful to every eye too. So go on and make those art... the art is gonna be you and you are not not beautiful.

Paintings are beautiful, there's always this nice feeling I get when I see a good one. So, I can just imagine the feeling of being surrounded by many in an art gallery. Ticking off that experience from your bucket list is a great start. Also, I'm sure your own painting won't be so bad, any art is an art. In this case, I'd just splash different colors of paint here and there then voilà! Art! 🤲😂

Do you know what would be really cool, is if someone would paint the picture of you looking at her. The beuaty of youth contemplates the beauty of wisdom!
So tareing my eyes off you and back to who you are studying...
It appears so lifelike, with the material of the dress in 3D and popping to life,I am naturally drawn to it.
It is as if life appears all bubble and real on the surface, but in reality much of it can be mundane and even shallow or 2D if you like.
This is my 5.30am interpretation.

These are some beautiful pieces. I’ve never been to an display studio, I think the closest I’ve come to one was an art gallery.
You know in an art gallery, the artists are not too good or popular either. They are people who love art and are still under study. I will try visiting one maybe when I get the chance to leave the house first😂.
Well I think the artists did great jobs. Their designs look simple but rather exquisite.
Oh that makes sense, so I’ll probably find myself in an art gallery really soon.
And this is probably your sign to stand your lazy ass up and head to an art display hehe
😂😂hehe I will try doing that once I get the chance. I don’t like going out so that’s my main problem for now. Once I overcome that I will be fine.
