Hola amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, hoy paso por acá para mostrarles esta lindo día junto a mis tías, ya que en carnaval no tuvimos la oportunidad de planear viajes a la playa como me hubiese gustado, pero si tuvimos la oportunidad de reunirnos para un rico almuerzo juntas. Lo más importante es verse y compartir.
Hello friends of this beautiful community, today I'm here to show you this lovely day with my aunts. During the carnival, we didn't have the chance to plan trips to the beach as I would have liked, but we did have the opportunity to get together for a delicious lunch. The most important thing is to see each other and share.
Por ser Carnaval no tuvimos trabajo lunes, ni martes, así que el fin de semana quedamos con mis tias y prima en vernos el lunes en casa de mi abuela y colaborar con los materiales entre todas para que mi tía hiciera un rico arroz con pollo, y así ocurrió. Realmente mi tía cocina muy rápido, y ya cuando llegamos al mediodía mi tía tenía el almuerzo listo, el arroz con pollo le quedó delicioso, lo acompañamos con pan, plátano y unos trozos de cachapas. Me disfrute muchísimo esa comida, es mi favorita.
Since it was Carnival, we didn't have work on Monday or Tuesday, so over the weekend, we arranged with my aunts and cousin to meet on Monday at my grandmother's house and contribute materials so my aunt could make a delicious arroz con pollo, and that's what happened. My aunt really cooks very quickly, and by the time we arrived at noon, she already had lunch ready. The arroz con pollo was delicious, and we accompanied it with bread, plantain, and some pieces of cachapas. I really enjoyed that meal; it's my favorite.
Mientras almorzábamos conversábamos y nos reíamos de las cosas que decía mi tía, ella siempre tiene un chiste para compartir.
While we were having lunch, we talked and laughed about the things my aunt said; she always has a joke to share.
Pasamos toda la tarde en la casa de mi abuela, riéndonos, imitando las comparsas, la pasamos excelente la verdad. Como a eso de las 5 pm mi tía nos ofreció hacer unas empanadas de cazón para cenar, accedimos, le colaboramos en el proceso, todo estaba muy rico gracias a Dios, y muy agradecidas con ella por esa cena.
We spent the whole afternoon at my grandmother's house, laughing and imitating the parades; we really had a great time. Around 5 pm, my aunt offered to make some shark empanadas for dinner. We agreed and helped her with the process. Everything was very delicious, thank God, and we were very grateful to her for that dinner.
Después de cenar nos sentamos en el porche un rato más conversando de todo un poco, allí se hizo de noche y nos regresamos a casa.
After dinner, we sat on the porch for a while longer, talking about a bit of everything. It got dark there, and we headed back home.
