Hello 👋 everyone I am Benjamin Ameka Ayuba, I will be sharing some tips that will help youth of this 21st century to know how to decide what they want from life.THE WISDOM FOR YOUTHS.
One of the major problems of our day is that of direction. Too many people don't know what they want or rather, what they should want . In life we generally have the freedom of choice.however, most people learn from experience that not every choice is the right one. Too many young people are wasting their time on worthless pursuits. At the end of the day most of them find out (something apparently too late) that they have been pursuing the wrong path.
As a young person you should be concerned about your future, about your tomorrow.one mistake lots of young people make is that of thinking that they are still very young and that they have lots of time on their hands. What they fail to realize is that too these days' lots of other well directed young men and women are starting early and making something worthwhile of their lives in their youth.
Which would you prefer, starting out early in the right direction and retiring at forty or wasting your youth on parties and senseless pursuits of pleasure? Don't get me wrong. I am not saying "don't have fun or work all day". I have fun all the time and one of the best things about my work is that it is fun. Please by all means have fun but learn to put your priorities right.
I have fun but make sure you work at least three times as hard as you play. As most young people find out at some point or the other, ”Life is not a game “.
Believe me; it's much better to go through the struggles and hardship of life when you are young and strong than when you are older and not so strong.
Let me give you some examples of some young people who started out young in the right direction and managed to build worthwhile careers for themselves in record time.
King David started out at a young age to walk the path of service to his father eventually went on to give service to the nation of Israel first as a soldier, slaying Goliath,and then as a king of Israel.
Facebook is the top social networking sites in the world. Mark Zuckerberg built Facebook and became very successful when he was just twenty one.
On march 27th 2013 Yahoo paid thirty million dollars for a news application built by seventeen years old Nick D'Alioso. Nick built the news app when he was just fifteen and had been building apps since he was twelve years old.
The Williams sisters have carved out a place for themselves in the annals of the world of the tennis greats. They started playing the game way before they became teenagers and by the tender age of seventeen they were both famous and rich. I have watched master musician play various musical instruments. These musicians have reached these heights of greatness because they started early In the right direction. As a testimony to how young some of these world greats are when they start out, some of the famous musicians and artists that I have come across are still as young as fifteen years old and are already millionaires.
I must not fail to point out here that in many of the instances mentioned here parental influence and guidance was a major factor. Some might argue that were it not for the influence of a more experience and matured adult in the lives of these individuals they might not have followed the path they followed. I believe that those who tow this line of thought have a point. That is why I have chosen to write this article. It is my hope that young people everywhere who read this article will see it as a wake up call to them to get up and do something more with their lives than they are doing with it today.
Where should you look to find the information that will guide you in making the right choices for the future? Well for starters, read your Bible, watch christian programs, read christian books. The world you see today is a lie.
The world lies to young people through music videos full of sexual immorality and movies where they make sexual sin appear normal as if God has evolved and changed...
"I am the Lord, I do not change “, Malachi 3:6. God has not changed from being holy or hating sin while loving the sinner.the world want you to believe that God is now woke but that's a lie from the pit of hell.
In case you didn't know, the devil is in control of the mass media, (TV, music industry) and government over the world. That's why the message on TV to the youth is designed to lead them to destruction making sexual immorality appear normal.
I guess I must not forget to mention one very important factor which you must take into consideration when seeking to find your purpose and direction in life. You must not neglect to identify your gift or your talent. Each and every one of us has one thing or the order that we do better than most other people and that we do effortlessly well. Take time to study yourself and when you find your gift or talent, build it . Lest I forget, make sure you pray as you seek your path in life. God is good and he will be only too happy to direct you in the right path.
May God grant to us wisdom and understanding to choose the right direction to be successful in life, Amen.
Read motivational books and learn how many of the great men of today shaped their destinies despite many seemingly insurmountable challenges and how they eventually succeeded in life. Their stories will encourage you and let you see that you too can do it . Read local and foreign magazines, watch clean entertaining movies which do not promote immorality and last but not least engage the service of a career counselor if possible.Thank you sir @ovey10 for showing me this path to follow may God grace and wisdom be upon you, more wins.
