Hello beloved Content Writers you ought to read this piece of mine for this is from a depth of heart.
Sometimes I read my own writeups and I start to wonder if I actually wrote them, I would feel self motivated, self inspiration and that writing zeal will just keep burning or will I say that fire would just increase within me drastically. Mostimes it might not be that deep but I will be blessed upon writing, then I think if this encourages me it should do same to other writers despite some odds as a newbie, and yes we are humans it won't be a piece of cake showcasing the skill of content, there's always a phase of discouragement and self doubt but keep it in mind you are building up You.
As a writer I always have this joy when my writeups inspires and also make sense to the readers which then I know I am not wasting my time.
Dear writers we feel guilty when we achieve and shove the accolades aside telling ourselves and others around you I don't deserve this and hide under the cloak of humility.
Hey! Can I burst your bubbles? that's not humility that's Timidity, that's self sabotage or an imposter syndrome you are cultivating.
It is okay to give yourself some accolades, acknowledge the compliment and celebrate the little wins just in one way or the other encourage the You, you're becoming as a writer and very importantly do not take this content you've just read differently by expressing pride and ego for your achievements. Be caution of your progress and do not let it get into your head. Because you did this achievement not just by your knowledge and understanding but by Grace of God.
There's a saying that says "why do you think rich people are always rich" it's because they do everything possible each day to remain rich with high esteem they already established, so dear writers you've to put in the work!
Here are the few things that helped me and is still helping me as a writer grow
Write everyday :- No matter how busy you are try as much as you can to pen down few words because it will help you grow automatically and it will keep your brain functioning well and fast
Learn from a couch:- No one knows it all, so try humbling yourself to learn from people who have gotten the experience you need to go fast in the industry
Engage in a writing contest:- This is helping me grow and build consistency online and strengthen your way of writing.
Watch Videos:- Choose a short motivational videos (Ted talk, poetry, educational clip e.t.c) take note of key points, quote or ideas that strikes you.
Nature:- Spending like 15-30mins in observing nature like the cloud, the beauty of the sky, the rocks, hills and waterfalls etc all these can be a source of inspiration you never can tell.
Read Books:- I read widely to expose myself to different writing styles, genre and ideas

Loyalty and humility are actually good but people should own up to their achievements and receive their flowers when given. The big issue could be finding a balance between humility and self-esteem, both are important and should be practiced in moderation...
