Power of Waiting :--The Angel called Delay...
Happy blessed Tuesday to y'll my beloved community and readers, I trust we are still overcoming and being conquerors.
The world has made us believe every delay must be of bad or evil, let me do a restructuring
When you hear Elizabeth and Zachariah talk about how God gave them John after so many years, there's an angel called Delay and it was for a purpose
When you hear about Hannah encounter with the angel of Delay before Samuel came to being.That was the Angel that handed a son, Samuel, to Hannah, making the whole Isreal honor her till this day
I am sure Sarah would have a lot to say about that angel of Delay too.
It is time to reconcile with that angel.
Go and make peace with the angel of Delay that would never deny...because it might be God telling you hold your peace "I Am UPTO SOMETHING"
Check every man that handled phenomenal dimensions, were once attacked by delay
Let me just add a little story about the delay senerio that happened to me few years back during my undergraduate period, It was on a Friday morning I just can't forget that day and date, I had just finished my architectural design assignment of just a two bedroom apartment floor plan with the sectional drawing part(showing the type of foundation footing,it's thickness and every measurements details concerning the foundation) and the elevation part also.
I prepared for the presentation and submission and I left my lodge just half approaching the school gate I remembered I forget the sectional part of my architectural plan which is very important to present it, I had to turn back to get it after I got it just few walks away from my lodge the left foot of my sandal buckle pulled out and it needs a shoe cobbler to fix it I felt this anger in me because time was running out so I turned back again with that atmosphere of shyness hoping on one foot heading back to my lodge for the second time.
I got to the house changed the pair of sandals to a black sneaker then a call came in from my colleague in the classroom asking me where was I? I explained everything to him he laughed at me and said something that I felt consciousness around me, but I am sure to him he just said it casually he said "my man just calm yourself down and wait" immediately he said these words I hit my arm against the door and my phone fell to the ground luckily for me it was edge of the phone so it didn't affect the screen....phew! I was like "oh jesus thank you so much " where would I have seen money for repairs?. It is well I told my self.
My mind or instinct or conscience whatever you want to call it keeps telling me "calm down " "calm down " and I relaxed for a short while before heading out again.
When I now went out for the third time guess what? I and some fellow student started hearing people coming back from lectures that just few minutes ago at the front of the school gate a shuttle bus missed control and rammed into another shuttle bus and both were transporting student to and fro, wow! Just wow! I was shocked.
When others where talking that it's might be the fault of the driver coming from the school because he was on high speed I just excused myself to a corner and started thanking God "so was this the delay"? "Ahh wonderful" I exclaimed. Who knows I might have been a that shuttle bus and this accident would have happened . I had goosebumps all over me.
My beloved readers delay might be for your own good maybe something you really want might not be what you really need there's a difference . It's God wearing the face of discomfort to ultimately give you what you can not give yourself.

"Delay isn't denial" most times some of the delay turns out to be blessing for us just like yours. Thank God for preserving you.

Some delays might be for your own good
We must also make it a habit to follow the leading of God
Sometimes he’s shielding is from certain unfortunate events
God loves us too much to let us make the wrong decisions all because we are in a hurry or because we feel left behind in certain areas of our lives
I experienced this lesson and learnt the hard way and funny enough I just wrote about it!!!

I would say this delay is two types for me the positive and the negative because there are some persons that waited but yet had nothing,what I would add to it was you need to be prepared while waiting.
A clearly of the Ten virgins in the Bible 5 were prepared for any duration of the meeting but the remaining 5 program wrongly,No linking to your story you were prepared but God wanted you to escape danger.......
