Hello community members. It's great to be writing here again. I find it fascinating every time to craft a piece and put it here, hoping it brings us insights and thoughts into life's silent questions. Yeah, you heard me, "silent questions". I call them silent due to the fact that they are questions that might dwell in our minds but are yet to be questioned. Well, I'm glad to bring one.
Thinking and thinking, and trying to put some understanding into the matters of life, I got caught up in an interesting thought. It was one that rallied me into different perspectives of analysis, and maybe knowledge-based understanding. Nevertheless, it was one that got me caught up in the moment.
So, I was absorbed to some point in this wonderful thought, "in this daily walk of life and through the toil and labour, should our pursuit be of success or excellence?". Hmmm...tough one huh? So, it seemed to me. I think a bomb just exploded in my reasoning... ha-ha.
Curiosity has been a major factor for insights into the issues of life, and so I began questioning the question. Could it be success many are pursuing or excellence? And which should we be pursuing, success or excellence? I mean these questions in respect of all that we do, in whatever sphere of life, in whatsoever aspect we've been opportune to be placed in - a more detailed approach to it and not just a generic one. And yes, I'm caught up in the questions, so are you I guess since I might have woken up a sleeping question.
I consider that in order to ascertain the best answer to this, is to have a keen understanding of what each of the terms, "success" and "excellence" mean. Not just a kind of general understanding of it but a more concise one that is void of a certain overview of it. The two might seem as synonyms though, but yet... Okay, take this example, if someone says, "I am successful", does it translate as "I am excellent"? No, I think there's more to that there. And it's why I consider there's a different perspective to the two subject entities.
I think having that proper understanding will set the trajectory for the right analysis of the question in view, through assessment of base facts if I may add as well. So again, success or excellence, which should the right pursuit as I walk through this life? Just wanted to bring the question close so we don't get carried away…ha-ha.
While it may seem a quick one, to give a so much certain reply concerning the subject matter, I still think it demands much more of a scrutiny than a quick confident response. One that will around our minds and will want to question some things that require such to find the needed understanding we utmost desire.
Well, I'll be glad to hear your inputs on this matter. What do we need to pursue in this respect; success or excellence? I trust it will be an interesting view from your end.
Thank you for stopping by!
