Christmas is a time of year filled with magic and wonder, especially for children and teenagers. It is a season of joy, love, peace, and giving. A time when families and friends gather to celebrate and exchange gifts.

To children, the theological aspect of a child born to safe the world has flown over their head. All they could hope for is the long Christmas holiday followed by their new Christmas clothes, the special food to be eaten, of course chicken and rice is always the talk. The return of family members from far, the money that will be gifted to them as presence.

As a kid, i was growing up and realised that children have a different perspective on Christmas than adults.
I realise how hard my beloved parents try to make my Christmas holidays special knowing the economic hardship of the country.
I greatly appreciate their efforts and will make every child around me feel special this Christmas.

I think in everything, not just Christmas, children view from a different perspective. Their comprehension, or lack of it, of the concept of a Saviour, for whom we celebrate Christmas is just a reflection of their innocence. The problem, I think however, is that there are adults who did not outgrow that phase. As we speak, someone wants to take a loan to throw a Christmas party.
