It's Christmas, a season of love and joy. A period where families and friends reunite and share the beauty of the season. However, sometimes we could be lost on new ideas to make the season vibrant and different. New styles make every season more unique, but then, our heads go blank, ideas stop flowing in and the clock starts to tick reminding us how much of a little time we have. I'll be writing a few ideas one can consider for Christmas, maybe not new , but with a little touch of what you've always done. A little change can make a difference.
You may never have thought of engaging games in Christmas. Who probably wants to play a game when the aroma of the delicacies hits on one's nose every second, you may think. But then including games such as board games, card games and charades may be a good way to introduce laughter and bond among families during the Christmas season.
A family baking can be a good idea to introduce in Christmas. A scenario where you choose to engage the entire family in the process of baking and teaching the younger ones to bake may leave a legacy and a memory to remember. One thing done together as a family may heighten the bond between family and have a memory to hold on to.
One core aim of Christmas is love. Love not only among family, but between families and communities, families and the less privileged, individual and society. Choosing to give back to the community in one way or another may be a good way to celebrate the season. It doesn't matter how small or how big it may be, giving back to the community helps spread the love and joy of Christmas. You may choose to volunteer your time to local charity or organizations and you'd be happy to have given back to the community
Not everyone has family, the orphans and widows don't. Sometimes they crave companionship. Spending time with such people during the festive season can be graceful to them. You may be satisfied to know you put a smile on the face of someone whose smile had long been lost on his face. A little act of service during the Christmas season can be the joy of someone. One can decide to make decorations for them and prepare delicacies for them, to remind them that they're loved.

Christmas is a season of love. If only we can continue in sharing love like we do during this period, some of the funny things happening currently wouldn't have been in existence
