Human beings are constantly striving or trying to become better versions of theirselves. Thinking about yourself and what you do always and personal growth are essential aspects of life, allowing us to identify areas that require improvement.

For me,

one thing I wish to change about myself is my habit of eating late, often as a result of a bunch of work.

Over the years, I have developed a tendency to prioritize work over my physical and mental well-being. Long hours of work,



coupled with a never-ending list of tasks, have led me to neglect my eating habits. I often find myself working late into the night, attending one meeting or the other, forgetting to eat until I am exhausted. This habit has become so ingrained that sometimes I will even forget that there is food available and continue working until I am too tired to care. Sometimes my colleagues will keep on advising to stop the habit of putting work first before my health or life.

There are several reasons why I wish to change this habit. Firstly, eating late can have severe consequences for my physical health.
Consuming heavy meals close to bedtime can lead to poor digestion, acid reflux, and weight gain.
Furthermore, neglecting to eat regular meals can cause fluctuations in blood sugar levels, leading to energy crashes and decreased productivity.
In addition to the physical consequences, eating late also affects my mental well-being. The constant stress of meeting deadlines and completing tasks can lead to anxiety and burnout. By neglecting my physical needs, I am increasing the feelings of stress and anxiety, creating a strong circle or bond that is difficult to break.

Another reason I wish to change this habit is that it affects my relationships with others. When I am working late, I often neglect my family and friends, leading to feelings of isolation and disconnection. By prioritizing my work over my relationships, I am missing out on valuable time with loved ones and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Lastly, I wish to change this habit because it is holding me back from reaching my full potential. By neglecting my physical and mental needs, I am limiting my ability to focus, be creative, and solve problems effectively. By prioritizing my well-being, I will be able to approach challenges with a clear mind, leading to greater success and achievement.

In conclusion, changing my habit of eating late is crucial for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By prioritizing my health and relationships, I will be able to break free from the cycle of stress and anxiety, leading to greater productivity, creativity, and success. It will not be easy, but I am committed to making this change, one meal at a time.
