The power of giving the little you have

Greetings to you all.happy New week.
Don't wait until you have enough before you give.Give the little you have and watch it bringing to you greater blessings .
Giving the Little You Have is a powerful tools and strategies said my late father Mr.Ekojah Moses Ochayis.
As I walked through the school gates, I couldn't help but notice the excitement and chatter of the students gathered for their morning devotion. I had been invited to share a few words of encouragement with them, but little did I know that I was about to receive a powerful lesson on the importance of giving.

As I made my way to the front of the students in the assembly hall,a young student approached me with a hesitant smile. "Uncle Joshua, I don't have a pen," he said, looking up at me with pleading eyes. "Can you get me one?"

Something about his request dropped something within me. Perhaps it was the simplicity of his need or the sincerity of his tone. Whatever it was, I knew I had to act.

I remembered that I had a stash of biros in my bag, which I had purchased for my own use. Without hesitation, I decided to share

them with the students. I was able to distributed at least 50 biros to those who needed them most.

But that wasn't all. I also decided to provide some financial assistance to the students. I gave 100 naira each to 50 students, knowing that this small amount could go a long way in helping them purchase the basic necessities they needed .

As I looked around at the river and sea of grateful faces, I was reminded of the power of giving. It's not about how much we have, but about how willing we are to share what little we have with others.

The principal, Mr. Oke Agu, and Mr. Ebuga Goodwin,

who were present during the devotion, were visibly moved by the students' reactions. They thanked me for my kindness, but I knew that I was the one who had received the greater blessing.

As I reflect on that experience, I am reminded of the words of Jesus, who said, "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you" (Luke 6:38).

Giving the little we have may seem insignificant, but it can have a profound impact on the lives of others. It's not about the amount we give, but about the love and kindness behind our actions.

So, let us not be afraid to give the little we have. Let us share our resources, our time, and our talents with those around us. For in doing so, we will not only be blessing others, but also ourselves.

Wow, this is profound sir. Kudos to you.
It is not about how much you give but how much you have and are willing to give. We always want to do great things but we fail to realise that great things start small. I'm always of the mantra that, "making little leaps is better than waiting to make a jump". God knows what we have, and when our hears are willing to give, we do just that and watch Him bless us with more to give.
You've done a really nice thing sir. The smiles on their face is worth it. It might seem small but it a lot.
