Wow! I never knew walking is that important. Well, I walk a lot,it's like a routine for me. Every morning, I take a walk for some minutes before I start any other activity.

On the issue of improving on your diet, that's also crucial. Most of the things we consume are carbohydrates and we seem not to be bothered about it. Last year I resolved to start consuming more of fruits and vegetables than carbohydrates and I was able to achieve a little of it.
